Michael E. Damico is a reputable lawyer based out of Totowa,NJ with over 17 years of experience,and personally works on each case that
comes through the firm’s doors. Prior to establishing Damico Law Offices, LLC in January 2015,Damico was a partner at the Law Firm of
Damico,Del Sardo & Montanari,LLC for over eleven years. He practices and has extensive knowledge in the areas of matrimonialand family law.
Damico has spent much time gaining the necessary qualifications in order to practice law and aid families with difficult legaldecisions. He
holds his Juris Doctor degree from the Western New England College School of Law in Springfield,MA and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Political Science from The College of New Jersey in Trenton,NJ. Since 2008, Damico has been a Rule 1:40- 1
approved Family Law Mediator. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2000,and admitted to the New York Bar shortly
after in 2001. Damico remains an active member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court; District XI Ethics
committee; Passaic County Bar Association – Family Law Section; Morris County Bar Association – Family Section;
New Jersey Bar Association – Family Law Section, Domestic Violence Relations;Italian-American Bar
Association; and the Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court. In his spare time,
Damico volunteers and sits on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Passaic County.
